My wife and I stayed at Leeds Marriott Hotel on recent trip to Leeds. The location was great, about 10 minute walk from main train station, and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was Junior Suite with access to Executive Lounge. The room was very nice, little dated but well laid out. The worst thing about room and stay was outside noise level. We stayed in room 259 and you are close to multiple night clubs that blare music past 2am on weekends. It started around 8pm. Not ideal for sleeping. Not sure why they put us into this room considering knowing about loud music just across road. Service overall was very positive. Executive lounge was very busy at night, not enough places to seat and they ran out of food one night. Be prepared and ask to be away from the dance clubs.

Stayed this weekend unaware of Leeds Pride festival. Our room looked out into all the action, but was ok, as we were on the 2nd floor. Could here the music quite loud, even though 2 sets of glass windows, which wasn't a problem, quite enjoyed it, to the point we went out and joined in. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was mattress too hard. This was the same in Leicester Marriott too. So spoilt my sleep. And parking, although carpark is close, it's very expensive, and remember to put your reg plate in at the hotel, or you'll need a bank loan to pay for it
