The Old Vicarage Hotel

Absolutely disgusting infested damp they use photos from year's ago when well kept by professional lady to lure you in... Asian youth on reception refused refund after we saw the damp dirty smelly room I wouldn't kennel a dog in there it really is disgusting a drug den, we left wasting 60.00

This hotel is bad to say the least both of my arms are red and itchy and sore the carpet is stained the windows don't shut properly and they don't lock so I've had to use shoe laces to keep it sealed so know-one can climb in I've had to put a tarpaulin sheet up at the window to keep people looking in as the bonds are half missing there is no TV at all in the room there isn't even a bin in the bathroom or in the room the beds haven't been moved as there is alsorts underneath the double bed I also have a single bed which has some sort of board and really big screws that are very visible the bathroom is disgusting there is black mould around the shower door and for a made it's a shower hook the shower is just dangling nowhere for it to go the miniature fridge has a small box freezer with no door so it's hard to keep things frozen the smoke alarm doesn't work in the room the manager opened my room door without unlocking it the heater is not attached to wall properly there's marks on the wall either with holes or damaged you may get a kettle in your room but no milk sugar or tea/coffee no coat hangers at all it stinks horrible it's the worst hotel I've stayed in

Absolutely disgusting photos are previous owners years ago not updated to current asian owners absolute lie rooms/bathroom are dirty mouldy smell awful bedding is filthy we walked straight out and were refused a refund of our cash only payment by a very rude aggressive asian man
