I cannot praise the hotel and its customers service. The staff member on the main desk Evan was amazing, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a few issues with the air conditioning in our room and he moved us to a room where it was working perfectly. He was professional, kind and understanding. An amazing member of the team and a credit to the hotel. He made our 2 night say more comfortable. We cannot recommend the hotel enough and would definitely return.

The hotel staff were were welcoming, kind,helpful, charismatic and professional always. I stayed in the hotel from Friday, 26 - Sunday, 28 June. The staff were consistent with the character traits highlighted above. The following staff are super efficient; Kayleigh, Tash, Dan and Evon. Many thanks.

Fantastic hotel, excellent bar. Big up my guy Charlie for his excellent knowledge of the gins! He knows his stuff, explained the history of the Wolfe bro's gin and was really enthusiastic about his work! Excellent bar, excellent evening!
