Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa

We had a lovely stay at Thorpe Park Hotel on Saturday. We received a really warm welcome from Lilly at check-in, who took the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome, and Ashleigh was just as friendly when we checked out. It’s those personal touches that really make a difference. The FYR Grill was a real highlight. Matthew welcomed us into the restaurant and showed us to our table. He was friendly and professional, with a really nice natural way about him. Throughout the evening he always seemed in control and made time to engage with guests. Lewis, the Restaurant Manager, was also doing a great job running things on what was a very busy launch night for the new FYR Grill. The food from the open-fire grill was superb. The flatbread with burnt onion dip was a particular favourite and I'd highly recommend! The open kitchen and theatre of watching the chefs cook over the fire really adds to the atmosphere and makes the whole dining experience feel special. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but what really stood out was the team: warm, friendly, and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. I didn't get everyone's names but the Bar Staff and Andy the Night manager also deserve a mention. A great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

We dined at the new FYR grill restaurant at the hotel. The vibe was amazing and the dining experience was incredible! The quality was really high and the staff are always professional and friendly. Will definitely be coming again!

All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel and spa was immaculate. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience
