Obnoxious regional manager in the Headingly gym wouldn't acknowledge the gyms failure to display signage or communicate at the point of sale that swim suits, even when labelled and with hygiene pad in place can not be returned. Had I known or seen anything I wouldn't have risked the purchase.
Their complaints procedure is not disclosed online making writing a formal complaint awkward. I suspect that's on purpose.
Today the ladies shower room drains were blocked again. There is usually a lot of hair on the floor and walls.
The family change room has reeked of urine in the past.
The path to the pool from the ladies changing room is dirty so you must wear flipflops to avoid it.
This gym could be amazing but the staff are bored and unhelpful. The council gyms are cleaner than this one.
I would not recommend.
