Tower House Executive Guest House

We had to ask for the heating to be switched on in the bedroom when we arrived and there was no heating at all in the morning. It was very cold. We emailed her to ask for the heating to be put on but no reply till we got home. Seemingly there was no one on the premises to help. Apart from being cold, the room was pleasant. There was some traffic noise but it didn’t bother us.

From the wonderful decor to the warmest of hosts Carol, a gorgeous clean room and fabulous bed. I love this hotel. I’m here on business for 3 nights and I’m so glad I booked it. I’m a female solo business traveller and I feel safe and cosy. Carol is a delight and I would not hesitate to stay here again, thanks Carol !

We stayed here for only one night. We have stayed in numerous B&B’s all over the country and Tower House was certainly amongst the better ones we have had the pleasure of sampling. Lovely lady running the place and the staff cooking and serving breakfast were also friendly and efficient. The place itself is sizable, spotlessly clean and the rooms equally spacious and beautifully presented. I would go so far as to say, the bathroom was one of the nicest, well equipped ones we have come across. So much attention to detail. Robes, beautiful towels and great selection of toiletries etc etc. Breakfast was very nice, again with lots of little extras in the dining room. Lovely crockery and cotton napkins etc etc. We were really impressed with this B&B and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again ourselves. Private off road parking at the rear of the property was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a very pleasant stay
