Had lovely pot of tea beautiful hotel Leah behind the bar was so helpful in every way

I was a bit concerned about noise on arrival from the pub below however I didn't hear a thing. Room 101 with a 4 poster bed was very large comfortable and well equipped. Tea coffee tray . Hair dryer. Tv We ordered full English breakfast and was perfectly cooked. Staff were very easy to talk to and pleasant. 10 out of 10 . I will visit again . Side note . On researching room 101 I found a video including Ghost hunting which I found very interesting. Don't be put off I had no other dimension experience lol .

We visited The Angel Hotel on Friday with our daughter and son-in-law to dine in the restaurant. The staff in both the bar and restaurant are polite, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is airy, spacious and has a really nice feel to it. Between us, we ate a range of meals including rump steak and hunter’s chicken and the food was nicely prepared by the chef and delicious. It’s great value too! Such a positive change since the new landlord has taken over. Onwards and upwards!
