HOLIDAY INN SALISBURY - STONEH

We only ordered light food , we were told 29 minutes wait, we waited for over an hour before food arrived , the food was nothing to write home about , service slow , will not go there again !

Stayed on my own for one night for business in July 2026, as a first-time guest. Received a lovely welcome from reception, with clear directions to the room. Although not required, as I’d caught a great taxi with Salisbury Swift Transfer, the on-site car parking looked ample. The room was well sized and nicely presented with more than enough storage. The tea/ coffee facilities had a kettle rather than machine but it did the job. Bed was very comfortable, and room was good temperature and not overly noisy despite being ground floor next to the carpark. The restaurant for evening meal and breakfast was fine, with very friendly staff. Dinner was well priced and the burger very tasty with some good local beers, and breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold buffet. Checkout was simple with a lovely goodbye from reception. Would recommend, and would definitely use if visiting the area again.

I recently stayed in a double room for one night, and it was clean, tidy, and very well-presented. The air conditioning was working perfectly, which made all the difference in the hot weather. The breakfast was self-serve with great options, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive to my dietary requirements. In particular, Merlin went completely out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
