Upon reaching the hotel, there is plenty of parking. The parking is mostly secure, however the hotel reception is not 24/7. Checking in at the bar was simple and pleasant. Upon entering the room, I was surprised to see the size of the room, which exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the noise insulation was impressive! The bathroom was modern and the shower/taps had good water pressure. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to people intending to stay in/near Swindon or visiting Wiltshire & would pick this hotel over chain hotels for both quality and amenities.

Hi I Ordered 3 meals and a baguette plus drinks came to £78.00 . When the plates came out there was hardly anything on them my son had ham egg and chips and I could count the amount of chips there was on his plate. I had a ploughman’s which came out looking rather sad it looked again like there was nothing really on the plate and of course there wasn’t , when I checked the menu they had left off the sausage roll and the pork pie but the grey hair I found in my food might have been the alternative. My wife went in and spoke to them as I am disabled and they offered no apology but did give her the pork pie and sausage roll which looked very uninspiring. I could go on but you get my drift. , I would just say if you want to go out for a mid week lunch please don’t go to the Sun Inn you will be very disappointed.

Stayed here one night whilst visiting a friend in the nearby hospital . Lovely spacious room . Very clean with a comfy bed . Breakfast was excellent . There is a beer garden at the back of hotel . It was a warm summers evening so full of drinkers . Very busy and too be honest very noisy.
