Was very impressed at first then came dinner went to the toilet was a single person here came back table cleared other people sat there no dessert served before I stood up. Asked the bar staff where the toilet was to come back to this not good no apology at all.

Wonderful place to visit, food is excellent, especially the breakfast and the rooms are, very comfortable. My only complaint is children being allowed to run around the hotel and climb on the furniture by indulgent parents. It is, particularly hazardous during the buffet breakfast with guests taking hot food and drink to their tables. One young girl was allowed to lie on the back of the sofa and fell on to an hard, tiled floor. When there is a serious injury to the spoilt brats or an unfortunate guest then, maybe parents will be asked to control their children.

We just got back from a couples retreat here and had an amazing stay. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel really looked after. Special shoutout to Tracy, the event coordinator. She was fantastic from the very first message when we were planning the retreat. She handled everything smoothly, checked in with us, and made sure the details were spot on. That kind of care really sets a place apart. The only small note: a few of the beds felt a bit small for a couples room. Everything else was great though, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time. We’d 100% recommend this hotel for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Thanks again to Tracy and the whole team.
