Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport

I visited the Holiday inn Birmingham at Airport. Staff were very lovely upon arrival and during my stay with my mum. A big shout out to Abdoul whose customer service and support was exceptional. He was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. My mum felt very welcomed by Abdoul. We felt at home at the hotel. A big shout out too to Padma who was very kind and friendly. She was very patient ti explain ti my mum and I how we could get to the city centre with less hustle. Staff here were all generally nice and happy to answer questions.

I had an accessible room, and it wasn't bad. There are a few things that would need to be addressed, such as the assistance pull cord and the sink in the bathroom, also the mattress is too high even if the wheels on the base were to be removed. I also think it's really crazy that as guests we have to pay for parking on top of the room fee, being a disabled person with a blue badge is even worse that we have to pay.
