Location was good, close to the NEC where I was going. Bed was really uncomfortable. Had a fan but tbh, it really didn't cool the room down. Had a bath and shower combo, can barely move for the bars in it. Wet room would be so much better. We were next door to reception but was quiet. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Connor and re rption manager were really nice. There had been an issue with electrics so dinner food on offer was limited. Pizza was very average, desserts not great. Partner said sticky toffee pudding was so tasteless. Brownie was better. Breakfast, cooked service was slow. Issue with another guest trying to book in on another name, reception staff would not let him book in, which gave me more confidence in security here.

Comfortable and clean. Close to the M42. Connor was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
