The Birmingham

Perhaps I should start read them. Bed linen soiled - properly. Too late to mention it on the first night so did so next morning. Asked politely for it to be changed. It wasn’t - but the bed was made. Sadly didn’t check it until almost midnight so again slept in a dirty bed. Asked politely again the next morning. It was changed this time. But the bedroom door was left wide open - with all my property in full view of anyone walking by. Don’t forget it is a fire door so should automatically close anyway. I paid almost £700 for two rooms for three nights. I’d feel hard done by if I’d paid £150! Do yourself a favour. Stay elsewhere.

I stayed at The Birmingham Hotel for 1 week and the service was exceptional, the staff and housekeeping were super helpful and catered to all my needs. By far the BEST staff compared to any other hotel I have ever stayed at. My room was very spacious, clean and very well furnished. The restaurant “High Chai” that is within the hotel, had amazing food and a lovely seating area. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed at The Birmingham Hotel for a couple of nights. The hospitality from the staff was amazing, they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room felt comfortable and relaxing, they have really gone above and beyond with the interior decor and furniture in the rooms, which all the rooms have newly been refurbished by the looks of it. The beds and bedding were extremely comfy and we slept really well. The hotel has a beautiful afternoon tea room which serves unbelievable food. I was so happy with the hotel that I have booked it again for my next visit to the UK.
