Booked a spa treatments lovely facial and massage great therapists special mention for Becky , clean and Temple spa products. Afternoon tea served by Lily was plentiful and fresh with a good selection of savoury and sweet treats.Met the manager we had a great time exploring fresh ideas and suggestions for the future. I would love to try the Sizzler curry experience.

Stayed for 2 nights in this 1 Star hotel, the stay was the night of 10 and 11 September 2026. The 1 star is for being open! We stayed here 5 years previously for a family party. Which was totally amazing this is why we booked it again and was the worst mistake we could have made. We stayed here due to attending a family funeral (mother in Laws). We stayed in room 11, which was very small for a double room. This is no more than a comfortable single room at the most. The bathroom was filthy, with mold and rust in the shower, the shower drain trap hadnt been cleaned in months. The walls were all makes with dirt stuck in places near the light switches. The hotel has 2 bars stocked with alcohol but covered with clothes over the pumps as they can not serve alcoholic drink as they dont have a licence. We had the wake here and the buffet was a few sandwiches and pork pies. This was charged at £12.50 per head and we ran out of sandwiches for the mourners who joined the family to celebrate the life of our Mum. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a big Deep clean and re-fresh.

Not a lot of choice in droitwich so I wonder if that is why this overpriced hotel provides such poor customer service. Don’t deal with issues when they arise, totally inflexible (refer to terms and conditions), don’t return emails, and just shockingly bad communication. Avoid!
