Bank House Hotel & Golf

Very disappointing experience overall! Treatments were good but interrupted by the bins being emptied outside! My therapist had very long nails with black and green varnish - not very hygienic or professional! The facilities are poor - sauna and steam room very small and hot tub looked un inviting. Whilst we were in the ‘relaxation room’ the music was interrupted several times by a phone tone then went off completely. Then while we were in there two women from marketing came in, switched lights on and started taking photos! They didn’t even tell us what they were doing or ask our consent! They also delayed us going into the spa area as they were taking photos in there too! There were also cleaners cleaning whilst we were in the changing rooms - they should clean before/after guests arrive. The staff were helpful and friendly however I would not recommend this place or rush to return!

A bit isolated but we had a pleasant, well equipped bedroom. EV charging was good at 10kW but they sent me a email just before we came saying I would need my own UK 3 pin charger. This not true and cost me unnecessary expense. The menu is quite limited, the food mediocre and hugely overpriced. See photo of my “10oz” gammon. The staff are mixed some are friendly and helpful but others aren’t. One barman in particular was rude.

We had our wedding at Bank House Hotel, Spa and Golf Club on 1 August 2026, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect and made our special day even more memorable. A very special thank you to Roz and Sarah for all their help, support and attention to detail throughout the whole process. They were fantastic and made us feel completely looked after. Even when we had a few last-minute changes, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was handled smoothly and without any stress for us. We had our ceremony in the Malvern Suite and our wedding breakfast in the Elgar Suite. Both rooms were beautiful, and the food was absolutely amazing. All of the staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the day. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear that the whole team genuinely cared about making our wedding day special. Everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day. We couldn’t recommend Bank House Hotel, Spa and Golf Club enough for a wedding. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially Roz and Sarah, for helping make our wedding day so perfect and unforgettable. ❤️
