I arrived at night after a long drive and politely asked the front desk if there was a restroom I could use. The response was dismissive and unhelpful, even though the attendant knew I had a reservation. I checked in only because I was exhausted and didn’t feel safe continuing to drive. Once in my room, it was immediately clear how unnecessary the earlier refusal had been. The following morning, after additional hostile interactions with staff, I contacted non-emergency police because I felt unsafe. While waiting for police, a staff member threatened physical violence at my door. Law enforcement responded, documented the incident, and escorted me out of the property and onto the highway to ensure I could leave safely. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a serious failure of guest safety and professionalism.

Charged me $30 for my dog, the sign at the desk says $20, motel 6 doesn't charge for dogs and I typed in for motel 6 studio 6 came up same logo. same building. different rules and women selling themselves at the motel 6 dirty thongs in the dogs bathroom area, found roaches crawling around my room. they charge $ 200 for one night. someone didn't clean my room either, pee in toilet and bed undone and door with prior damage reported to front desk. to cancel they steal the money for doing nothing booked 30 minutes prior.

Need a room that was pet friendly to stay for one night and called ahead and was told on the phone it was $74 a night. Once we arrived, they said $92. Despite a sign being out front that said $59.99 a night and when asked about the 59.99 he said it’s $92 after tax. We paid and went to the room to discover no fire alarm, ripped sheets, a bug of some sort on the mattress, dirty blanket and obviously dirty mattress. AC was broke. And see the “pool” in pictures… we went back to get a refund and he said we would be charged $20. We didn’t even argue because we wanted the heck out of there. Not to mention the two guys stumbling around with their shirts off laying on the ground in the back of the parking lot. Seriously would not ever recommend to anyone… it just felt sketchy…
