Oak Mountain Lodge at Riverchase/Pelham

So I reserved a room online for a Saturday night and entered my credit card info and was reserved. When I got to the hotel, they wouldn't honor the reservation because they don't allow single night on Saturday nights. They tried to lock me in for Saturday and Sunday. So I was charged for the reservation and denied the room. Horrible customer service. No refund.

Do not stay here. The smoke alarm was disabled, it was infested with roaches, it smelled awful, the 'discount' price we were charged was $30.00 more than the price on the sign outside. It's gross. It looks like a decent place on the outside. Do not be fooled. Just nope right on out of there.

Could not check in ! there was literally nobody there on duty could not even call because the phone number listed is a non-working number . I had to drive for 45 minutes to find another hotel and then I had to dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back .it took me forever to get my money back. ridiculous.
