HILTON GARDEN INN MOBILE EAST

The room was a handicap room Dingy dirty - bed clearly had two old mattresses I didn’t need a handicap room Bathroom was dirty and Lighting was bad Woke up at 4:30 am and left asap Hilton should do better

All around good experience and value. Great location to Mobile and Pensacola. Right in the middle. Easy access to Daphne and Fairhope too. Room was clean, spacious. I had a nice view of Mobile Bay in the distance. I also appreciate that the staff immediately cleaned my room when it was not cleaned that day. Not only did they listen, they made it right. Good service. The breakfast area had a few options. I especially appreciate the grits. It was not loud and filled with noisy families. It is a good place if you are travelling alone and seeking peace and quiet. Very reliable experience at this hotel. I have stayed here two other times and had similar experiences. It has become my "go to."

Very clean room and hotel. Quiet even though close to I-10. We stayed with our 2 dogs and even they could NOT find evidence in the room of other dogs' marking. Great job on room 405. Continental bfast would be nice to offer besides cooked to order breakfast. Also the pool could be a tad warmer and I'm very hot blooded, so not usually a complaint of mine. All staff were friendly and helpful.
