Sleep Inn And Suites Evergreen

This hotel is just off I-65. It has numerous restaurants as well as a piggly wiggly next door. The hotel staff was superfriendly and knowledgeable about the area. The young lady that checked me in was nice and fast. The hotel has an elevator, swimming pool, and a fitness center. The room was very clean and neat. See attached photos. The bed was comfortable and the AC was Ice cold and the shower was hot. Evergreen is a nice place to stay if you don't want to deal with the traffic of Montgomery or Mobile. It's really close to the middle.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful especially Doris at the front desk as she is extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel does need some maintenance as there are some basic issues like no soap in the room or scratched walls & doors. The hotel was clean & beds were comfortable but again the staff is great.

I would not trust this hotel and the prices they give you for a reservation. We were told one price when we booked and then when we checked out our total price was over $300 more than we were quoted. Manager refused to honor the original price we were given. Also, while there our toilet clogged and I had to unclog our own toilet as well as the fire alarm going off in the morning….very dissatisfied in our stay.
