Grand Hotel Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa

My wife & I have enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at The Grand for almost forty years. It had been some time since we had last visited and, since we were passing thru the area on vacation the week before the Fourth, we made reservations for the brunch on June 28. There was a wide variety of dishes available and they were all really good. Service was acceptable and friendly. We weren't at all disappointed but it seemed as if some of the polish and magic had disappeared ....

The hotel is a great example of old splendor. Oceanfront with nany amenities, you immediately feel welcome and relaxed. I was attending a tradeshow and the food was excelent, not your typical bland fare. Every staff member acknowledge your presence and demonstrated the famous southern hospitality. I got a great massage at the spa, and would defjnitely come back for a longer stay

Jordan, Grand Hotel Spa Concierge, is the best example of customer service! We scheduled spa passes for my husband's birthday. When Jordan noticed that my husband was exiting the spa regularly to handle his customer's constructions issues instead of relaxing for his birthday, she did not charge him for the spa pass and even provided free passes for a future visit. Excellent attention to detail and taking care of guests!
