Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fultondale

We had a one night stay while driving to our final destination. Modern looking hotel that was clean and quite inside. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Perfect for a one night stop through stay.

Stayed here for one night on business. Check in was efficient. I don’t recall what floor I stayed on but pretty sure it was the top floor that my profile automatically requests. The room appeared clean. Nothing was broken but I think this was the room where I had to press the “ON” button on the TV remote repeatedly to turn the unit on or off. My only complaint is that the walls in this place are paper thin. I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone conversation, and also his television that he kept on all night. The other notable is that the place is built on a hill, with the parking split between a smaller lot in front and the remainder at the other end and below. If you take your bags to the car you will have a hike. Not bad but I might stay elsewhere next time.

The parking is horrendous. A handful in the front. And those were taken up by the workers working in the hotel. We were not informed they were working on every floor. There was banging until after 9. And then they let vagrants come in and hang out in the lobby all day.
