Unit 1107 Your Comments We were very disappointed in this condo! For starters, the furniture is very uncomfortable and the couch is old and dirty. The table on the patio is a very old card table that is falling apart. The lining on the bottom is hanging down and the top of table is warped with a hole in the vinyl. Could not set a drink on the table because it would turn over and spill. The screens on the patio doors were torn and hard to open and close. Most of the furniture had paint chipped off. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. No instructions on what fobs were for or how to use. Overall felt like we were in a very cheap hotel room that had not been maintained. Be aware, photos can be very deceiving!! The only plus is the location and view of the ocean.

Crystal Shores #1302 If you plan on actually using the master king bed, you’ll need to bring an air mattress or sleep on the couch, like I’m having to do. The bed has multiple dips. If you are sleeping in the bed with someone else, you’ll roll into each other. The bed is by far the most uncomfortable sleeping accommodation I’ve ever had. I contacted the property manager, and I was left on “read” and no response.

KARAKY

We paid an exorbitant amount of money for 2 elevators to service 17 floors and a pool that doesn't allow kids to have fun and jump into the pool. If you have a family, I would HIGHLY recommend you choose any other condo complex in Gulf Shores. They particularly singled out baseball families. And since I imagine these families bring in a considerable amount of money for Gulf Shores in the summer, they should be much more accommodating. This will be our ONLY time coming here and wasting our money on a condo complex that won't allow kids to be kids at the pool and has elevators you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to catch.
