Had terrible experience. Very dirty and balcony door would not lock. Foul smell with flies. Furniture so dirty. They refused to help us find a clean room or anything. Was offering to clean it the next morning but wanted us to stay in room for the night. Had small children with us and the condo was to unsafe for our family to stay. Tried calling them to resolve issues and nothing was done.

UPDATE: They reached out after seeing this post claiming they had tried multiple times to reach me by phone - not sure why no one reached out by email but seems par for the course - their proposed resolution you ask? a $300 in something called 'Sanddollars' which would require me spending around $1000 more with them to be able to us this! ABSOLUTE INSANITY. So we basically stole your money, made you stay in a place that was beyond filthy, made you miss your concert you came for and our solution is for you to do it all over again, at your expense - just doesn't make one bit of sense.
I really tried to work this out with Brett/Robinson prior to posting this but despite telling me someone would be in contact 5 times, no one ever contacted me. We had an awful experience from the moment we checked in. Upon check in the place was filthy - the first thing I notice were fingerprints all over the mirror but I kind of blew that off until I realized the bathroom and linens were also dirty.
Then the toilet wouldn't flush but they couldn't send anyone to look at it until the next day - and then the toilet overflowed despite not being flushed again - and got all over our suitcase and beach towels and we used every single towel trying to clean the mess up - yeah the towels we had to use to shower were having to be used to clean up an overflowed toilet with God only knows what from whom - so they sent a lady with a plunger who was very sweet but also couldn't really get it working but got it to drain and turned it off - so we had no where to use the bathroom until the next day - okay whatever - things happen. And now we have no towels or anything to shower, but that's oaky because the shower ALSO DOESN'T WORK. Put another call in - someone will be out the next day - mind you I have three teenagers who spent $1000s on tickets to a festival that they have been waiting to go to for months and now they can't use the bathroom or shower and get ready.
Just as I calm everyone down after we take a drive to use the bathroom and eat (oh yeah we also had no pots or pans in the unit so we couldn't cook the food we brought) and buy more towels, someone calls who says the unit below us has water leaking through the ceiling and they are on their way to take a look (remember no one was available to fix anything that was broken in our unit) - well he came and he got it resolved and he fixed the shower and had to install a new drain - so after traveling since 5:00 am - it is now roughly 2:00 a.m. and I am up running to town again to get washing stuff (and lots of bleach) to wash towels because they again had to be used to clean the bathroom during the repairs.
I ending up spending $100s on pots and pans so the $500 in groceries we bought didn't go to waste and bought all new towels and sheets and pillows.
So as I mentioned, I was bringing my daughter and her friends for a festival - I was going to work from the unit while they had fun. WRONG! No internet! I contact the office and they tell me to call the provider from the unit phone to figure it out - guess what - the unit phone is DISCONNECTED and has no service. So I lose an entire day of work. This is not even 16 hours into our trip, but it doesn't get better at all. The handle to the sliding door is broken so no balcony hangs for us - the outlet covers are all off and the outlets may or may not work, just depending on the moment - i end up stripping the bed to wash the sheets while I have no internet and the mattress protector is covered in some weird stain that is also along the bottom of the curtains - dried vomit? That is my guess.
I could go on and on but it seems pointless. We ended up leaving a day early and the girls missed the person they really wanted to see because no way we could stay there another night.
Everyone we spoke to was very nice, but offered no assistance and they are clearly understaffed and the places are filthy -honestly we couldn't have a better stay in a Motel 6.

The grounds are cleaned daily, the pool is large but unheated. The hot tub bubbles do not work well, they just bubble up the side and don't reach your back. But it is hot and nice to sit in on a cold day. The south side faces the ocean and there is beach access with a outside shower to rinse off the salt when you get back. The north side has a covered fishing pier where you can watch the sunsets. They have a quite time from 11pm-8am, which is strictly enforced. (Yay!) It costs $25 to park your car for the time you are staying there.
The unit we stayed in was old, dinged up, and smelly. You could hear the neighbors comings and goings (literally), flushing toilets and taking showers. The blinds on the window did not stop any light from coming in as the halls are brightly illuminated all night long. The bed did not have a box spring, so it was very hard. The sofa bed does not accommodate adults it was so old. The refrigerator had a long list of how to use it, as it was so old. The balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean, however, the neighbors who all chain smoked ruined being able to sit out and enjoy a coffee. The unit was managed by Brett Robinson, and when told about issues of the unit, they said: "we will tell the owners". I will not ever trust Brett Robinson with my vacation in Alabama ever again.
