Sanibel Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Unit 706 is exactly as pictured. BUT, walking in, there was a vile sewage smell. We called & text management immediately, whom claimed someone was on the way to address it. It was around 10pm when we arrived, so we understood that by the time we went to bed, that no one had shown up. It took numerous texts & calls (at least in the 20s) before we finally had someone come take care of it, on our third day into our stay. We were told to stuff our handful of bath towels under the door of the water heater & it took 2 days just to get some more towels. The condo & view were wonderful, but management sucked! Also, the guy that you get your parking tag from was very hateful. We have stayed in many places & have never had issues like that. Would not recommend if still under that particular management.

The place smelled horrible when we arrived. Tried for 3 days to get it took care of. After they advised us to fix the smell ourselves they finally came out on third day of our stay. Had to use our towels to stuff under door to water heater to keep smell out smelled like sewer. Was promised more towels immediately received them 2 days later after more calls. Spoke with several different people all of which passed it on or never called back. Poor customer service. Finally was offered 65 dollars back of 1855.55 rental. That was a joke. Seeing how we drove 10 plus hors to get here. 700 miles. Seem like they don’t care much for there guest!!!!!! Will not stay here again. Keep looking find something better!!

We were supposed to stay stay here for our spring break trip but 1 day before we were supposed to leave our reservations were cancelled!! So we had to scramble to find a place for 7 people to stay. Terrible service!
