I would rate this place a -100 if I could, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had being anywhere!!!!!! I had traveled all night, trying to find a room and Everything was booked so my son and I finally find a room here I should’ve known it was bad when I opened the doors and the cops were there. So I get into the room the bed had really old ripped sheets and stains, but I tried to make the best of it and just go to bed cause it was 3 AM. I wake up to something biting me I turn on the light and there’s bedbugs crawling on my pillow!!!!! I immediately woke my son up and we leave the front desk. Did not want to refund my money saying after 3 hours no refund seriously you have bedbugs that bit me!!!!!!!!. They also did not want to refund me for the next night that I booked at 3 am so I wasn’t even staying the next day no way!!! so they stole $200 of mine for a dirty room with bedbugs. Then the lady downstairs is gonna say that I can’t see bedbugs with my eyes like there isn’t one crawling all on my pillow. The situation caused me so much stress I ended up in the emergency room with a swollen eye. I am beyond pissed off at this property and nobody should rent from here EVER!!!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!

The place had almost no food for the breakfast. There was a few sausage patties, no eggs, a few slices of bread, but no butter. There were minimal items on display. Desk clerk was able to get one or two items from the back. Cereal was out on some items and other dispensers didn't work. There were a couple of yogurts and 3 muffins. There was almost no plastic eating utensils. Day two was worse than the first! The television system didn't work very well. On day 2 someone tried to fix it. They made it a little better. In all, there might be 6 or 7 channels that work. No news programs at all. The telephone wasn't even plugged in, and there was no clock. I try to not be critical of establishments, but this one is hard to praise. The evening desk clerk at check in was the one bright spot. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, which was greatly appreciated.

First time at a Sure Stay. Not a bad place, just some minor things that need to be fixed. When we got in the room the tv was on. Not a big deal until we find out the remote didn't turn the set off or on. We thought it was a on the dark side, not enough lighting. Not sure I would come back.
