502B at Summer House was everything advertised and more. The decor was beautiful and updated. The kitchen was modern and wonderfully supplied with everything you need for even gourmet meals. Two king size bedrooms and one queen bedroom allowed us to have wonderful accommodations for everyone. The deck really put this place over the top. It is extremely spacious with dining and a lounge sitting area. The views are amazing! We will be back. This property just had a 24 million dollar renovation providing a wonderful guest experience.

I would give ten starts if possible! We stayed in 502B and it was wonderful. Clean, updated, spacious. Beautiful views and easy beach access. Would 100% rent this exact space again. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to cook. Washer/dryer in unit were very helpful. Loved the indoor pool (outdoor pool covered because of Building A construction).

Summer house 404a. The condo itself was wonderful, but the cleaning was subpar. The view was great. Great pool, great beach access, great place to stay. VACASA is awful. Would not recommend ever again, and will not use them again. Also we found this jewelry box in the room and vacasa has been very unhelpful and asked us to ship it to them on our own dime, and has not ID'd the owner. Reach out if it is yours!
