Only one parking space per condo. $125/wk for off site parking a mile away. They don’t tell you thiss until you arrive. Don’t stay here. Liquid Life management only cares about money and not their customer base.

Nice location, needs a lot of work and someone to thoroughly clean it. Furniture is old and stained, balcony is filthy, several things need repair, Avari is not helpful. The pool is nice, though. I don’t recommend this unit at all. Bar ice maker dirty and nit working, spa tub doesn’t turn on. Felt like I was staying in somebody’s dirty house.

Enclave 204 was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in! Super clean, comfy beds, great view and a well stocked kitchen. The condo is HUGE and has a deck with lounge chairs, picnic style table and a high top table and chairs. Probably the best condo at The Enclave. We will be back!
