HOWARD JOHNSON PRATTVILLE

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was very relaxing stay. I had very good service. Everyone was very kind. I always enjoy my stay.

After paying for the room and receiving my room key, I found the room door to be latched from the inside, and there was someone sleeping on the bed and I woke him up by trying to open the door to MY room. The front desk had no idea he was in there. I do not know how vagrants are gaining access to the rooms, but they are. BE CAREFUL!!!

Place is not kept up well we traveled with our five month baby and when we requested to switch the room due to paint chipping from the roof and mold the front desk explained there were no more rooms and when I had explained that we had a baby he ended up giving us a new room. Both rooms we looked at phone had food particles on them chair was greasy full of food crumb and the toilet looked like it was not cleaned properly this was my first and last time ever staying at this MOTEL. This place was so awful it should be called a hotel. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and get something better peace of mind in where you stay will always matter.
