Quality Inn And Suites

Cant believe this is even allowed to have a flag from a halfway reputable chain. Went up to our room & immediately left. Extremely run down. Smelled like pot. Everyone we saw was sketch. Parking lot full of trash vehicles. Stay away. Just stay away

For a Quality Inn, this location lacks quality of anything! Had to go outside to find the front desk staff, breakfast appeared to be closed as the chairs were stacked on the table and no cereal because they ran out of milk. All other items were placed in little to no content. Even the coffee suffered quality!

I traveled around 35 years for business and never had this type of experience. My wife, grandson and I booked a suite. The suite we booked was to have a king bed...sleeper sofa and love seat along with coffee table ect.. We entered the suite and the only there was a king bed...NOTHING ESLE!!! Front desk could not explain it?!? Said they would give some cost relief. I said no thanks got a full refund and ran to a much nicer hotel in Salisbury!!!!!!
