I always enjoy staying at this hotel, but what keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service. The front desk associate Aniska is consistently attentive, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. From check-in to check-out, they always make me feel valued and are happy to help with anything I need. It’s clear they take pride in providing exceptional service, and it truly makes every stay more enjoyable. Great hospitality like this is hard to find, and I highly recommend this hotel because of the wonderful experience they provide every time.

I checked in at about 9pm on a Tuesday. The front desk clerk was probably the nicest I have ever had. The room was modern and very clean. Then I took a shower and the door to the shower had gaps so the water for all over the floor. There was no where to put my soap and shampoo so I had to put them on the shower floor. I was tired after a 12 hour drive so I turned off the lights and laid down. The whole room was still lite up so I looked and there is so much space around the door it lets in a ton of light so I put a towel under the door to try and darken it some. Then at about 11 pm there was a bunch of noise in the hallway. It sounded like multiple people talking really loud and opening and closing the doors hard several times and then a kid started crying. I called the front desk and told her and asked about parking lot security she addressed the parking lot but not the noise. After about 30 minutes it got quiet again. Then the noise started ba k up about 6:30 am. So needless to say the room was decent for the price but if you need darkness or quiet to sleep just go somewhere else. After very little sleep I cut my stay short and left early in the morning
