I am so impressed with the service I received from Melissa G. Her customer service was effortless and top-notch. Melissa was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and making the entire process stress-free. I rarely encounter this level of dedication, but Melissa G’s excellent customer service truly won me over!!!

Rooms are ridiculously tiny. So hard for two people to move around just to access your luggage. Tiny bathrooms No refrigerator! Expected so much more from a downtown Hilton - paid way too much for two nights. No shuttle to the airport and no shuttle to/ from Alaska railroad train is loud all day and night - Don’t recommend !

This is a hotel 10-15 min away from the center without much else around it. But on the bright side this means there is not much noise. The room and linen were clean themselves but my room had a musty smell, especially the bathroom. I guess this was because of poor ventilation. When I entered it also smelled like cigarette, so I kept my window open the whole time (I was lucky to have good weather when I visited). The hotel does not have elevator so if you have a room on the third floor you will need to carry your luggage int he stairs. The breakfast is included but it is a bit worse than Comfort Inn style. Luckily there is an excellent breakfast place 10 min away (Snow City Cafe). If you want a cheap place to stay and you are not planning to spend too much time int he room, this is an acceptable solution.
