GOLDBELT HOTEL JUNEAU

Great location, front desk staff were pleasant and beds were comfortable. However, for the price you pay, they need a significant upgrade. It is so outdated and literally falling apart. (You will see duct tape keeping things together). Complimentary breakfast is like school cafeteria food - not very good. Room had one complimentary bottle of water. We’re titanium elite but didn’t get any kind of recognition. Not many choices in Juneau, so it’s a tough call. At least it was clean and spacious. If u do book, ask for a room facing the water. We were on the opposite side and there is a house there that can look directly into your room.

Deanie, was the Manager during our stay. She was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we enjoyed the Four Points. We jokingly kept calling it the Four Seasons. We had flown in for a friends wedding. Great breakfast each morning started our day. Friendly desk staff and Security greeted us each time we entered the Four Points. Sure, this is not a new hotel, but everything worked and it was comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked to watch the cruise ships. restaurants, bars and food trucks were a short walk away. Everything was close. The personalities of each staff made our stay enjoyable. Maids, front desk, security, breakfast staff and Management ensured our stay was the best. Thank you for a job well done. Hope to see you again soon.

The front desk at this hotel is amazing! I lost my phone and the front desk was up all night helping me find it. Then later they were so kind as to deliver it to my room as they knew I need so sleep.
