Best Western Quail Hollow Inn

The pictures are not what you get when you get there! My advice is to skip Benson, AZ if you can! There are only like 5 places to stay, all way over priced! At the Quality Inn, I paid $90 to check in and within the hour weed left armed and ready and ran out to our car and peeled out of there! It felt like my sister and I were being set up to be robbed. The front desk lady tells us there's these wild pigs that are nice and ahe feeds all the time out in the field behind the motel and says they come about 1 AM looking for food and we should go looking g for them, they are so cute. Come to find out they are aggressive wild pigs that you should stay away from. My sister noticed a lady standing out in the middle of the desert with a blanket wrapped around her and 2 figures that looked like 2 guys with her. They stood very still out in the desert field, I almost thought they were statues. It looked like there was somebody else we could see coming g up to our car and room door, but would run away when we would look out the window. We confirmed the lady and 2 guys in the field when we left and were in the car, we shined the headlights on them and saw them, scary. This all took place about midnight is. We drove to the next rest stop and ended up just sleeping there in the little mustang that was packed full of stuff and just ate the $90.00. Other than that experience, the rooms were super old and everything inside of them was super old. The beds have springs in them that you can hear when you sit or move and they jag into you when you sit on it. The sheets and bedspread looked like it was from the 80's and they are still using it. The room was super stinky-yes we wanted a smoking room but it smelled stale and like it had never been aired out before. The bathroom fan comes on with the light and is really noisy and has an awful screech to it. The faucets are old and they have heat lights that dont even function. I did not see any roaches first hand but I expect for them to have them. It's just an old , run down, scary motel that I would expect to be like $25-$30 a night. They have vending machines from 30 years ago in the pool area and I was told they serve breakfast from 6-9 AM-not a clue on how it is. Do NOT STAY HERE!!

This hotel is dump. The hotel property has a bird issue with pigeons. Bird waste is seen all over the property. I have attached images. The hotel is not sanitary due to this bird issue. The rooms are dirty and after walking on the floor with white socks , the bottoms became black, My wife wiped down the floor with a towel from he bathroom. You can see the floors are not cleaned and probably never mopped. It is very hard to understand how management can even consider the property clean. It is simply disgusting. I could not with good intentions ever recommend this facility. The images in the the ads for this hotel does fully represent the facility. This hotel needs to be turned into the Arizona health dept for a full inspection. There is so much bird waste running the walls between the rooms it is a health hazard. Stayed in early February 2026. This hotel should be considered for a Choice hotel property.

Unlike poor reviews our experience was much different. Arrived rather late after a very long drive. Night clerk was friendly and accommodated our need for a first-floor room. Our room was in the 300's, not 3rd floor, but a row of rooms in a single-story addition in the back of the main motel. Our room was unusually large with 2 beds with plenty of room for a small dining table with 2 chairs and a desk by the dresser. Room had all the basics: frig, microwave, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but for the room price I wasn't expecting Dennys. Had coffee sitting on the veranda on the chair and table just outside our room. AM sun unbelievably bright and hot. If I hadn’t had a long day ahead, I probably would have taken a quick dip in the pool. Next morning's staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. For example, the ice machine wasn’t working and a staff member noticed and unasked brought a bag of ice to our room as we were packing up. Left around 9:30 as we had a long drive ahead. As I was checking out, I asked if I could get a cup of water for my wife who was waiting in the car. The desk clerk gave me two cold water bottles for our trip. Yes, I'd stay there again
