CLIFF CASTLE CASINO HOTEL

From the moment we pulled up to valet, Rick was exceptional. He was very courteous & polite to us. He not only answered our inquiries about the nearby monument, he provided a lot of history on it and the sister well, which he said was an exit up the hwy. He took the liberty of making our dinner reservations and was prompt at our door the day of checkout, to load our luggage. Additionally, the service was great at the 3 eateries we dined. My husband's dish, not so great at the Dennys styled restaurant, but still good service. The food at Storytellers was amazing, and the burger joint was tasty as well. Overall, our stay was great! I just wish we could've walked away with a pocket full of casino dollars!!!

Cool place but casino is more than rigged against you

Unless you are willing to stay in your nicely designed hotel room, don't go there No place nice to sit outside to enjoy nature and fresh air and when I went outside to find something as suggested by the security on the other side Was told by that security to throw out a coffee drink I bought inside the hotel hotel area and even that experience was met by a surrly server Maybe if you are desperate to be bored and harassed -dont go there
