DAYS INN CASA GRANDE

Do not go here at all avoid at all costs this place I booked a room here the cost was $61 OK no biggie u get what you pay for they ended up telling me there was no deposit upon arrival due to me having a card on file which was not true you will be charged a hundred dollars for a deposit you will not get back and it's cash only for deposit OK well I had to cancel they took $73 instead of 61 then the next day they took an additional $5 it's been a month they keep claiming they sent a refund but it's never made it to my bank and my bank says they have no idea what they are talking about

I AM A TRAVELER, I HAVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD AND......This is the most expensive hotel in VEGAS!! why? you pay your money and get nothing in return. Very excessive fees! OLD, DIRTY AND THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE CHECKING INTO A PUBLIC SHELTER. We stayed there 4 days, no weekend and only 2 elevators worked. They charge you the whole stay at checking so you ARE TRAPPED!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE ALL YOUR MONEY AT FRONT. PLEASE!!! only stay here if you life depends on it!!!!!!!!

Thin walls, drafty door, noisy heater, no microwave, no coffee maker, no clock, no hair drier, soap that did not lather, no breakfast, no lock on a ground floor window. It will take a significant investment in upgrades to justify the price of a room here.
