We always inspect hotel rooms before we unpack. We found nothing deficient in our room. Room 114 had good A/C. The breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for one night to see a spring training game and head to airport next morning. Room was clean, ready an hour early, and close to Goodyear Park. Staff was friendly. Very acceptable for what we needed. Didn't eat the breakfast but poked my head in and saw the typical free breakfast although light on offerings and seating. Didn't use the pool either, but looked clean and descent size for families. Beware of traffic to airport during rush hour though. Took us a little over an hour to get to the rental car drop-off.

Staff was rude. Unacceptable behavior to us as a person and customer.!! Room not ready until after 4pm. We were told it would be ready 2:30-3:00 pm!! Room was not clean, mattresses filthy, sliding door did not work properly would not slide! Not much better after it was worked on!! Breakfast was not very good and they were out of several things, orange juice, granola for yogurt, fresh fruit did not look very good. Very unhappy with the hotel. We will not be going back to this hotel again.
