Howard Johnson Inn - Flagstaff

Stayed for NAU Family Weekend visiting our daughter. Excellent location within walking distance of campus, super comfortable beds, clean room and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We will stay again next time we are in flagstaff and we highly recommend to all.

Very clean, comfortable and a welcome respite during our travels among sites of such scenic beauty. Liked the layout, with a wide counter area separate from the toilet and tub. Nice pillows and sheets. Loved the retro vibe and Southwest color scheme--such a refreshing change from the other places we stayed along the way. Friendly manager was attentive and on site during our breakfast. Great to see a HoJo still doing its thing, and doing it well.

Outstanding service from staff. Made an online reservations and was contacted to discuss my room requirements. Only need one bed so was upgraded to a nice queen size bed in a large room Room was very clean and check-in was very good as I arrive around 10 pm. Left early in the morning so no comments on breakfast. Overall price was very good, however, there was a additional $5 local fee charge that was not on my reservations. Overall, room value and service was very good. I felt safe at the hotel,
