Radisson Woodlands

It was one of the few choices I could use my remaining HH points at, we were there for a NAU graduation. Prices were very jacked up for the weekend, sadly, so my points didn't go far. It was ok, as most Hilton Hotels seemed to have lost the luster they once had. The AC in our room was Super LOUD, and we kept in on constant fan while sleeping, so it wasn't so disruptive. On the 4th floor we were limited on how far the window opened (2 inches) so that wasn't option, which would've been better - as it was nice & cool at night. The breakfast (full service) was good, albeit very very slow service.

When I arrived, the Peleton bike in my room wasn’t activated. After numerous broken, unable to get on internet, or unactivated pelotons at numerous other Hilton properties, I’ve taken the stance that I refuse to accept this. I will now leave a review of it’s broken and doesn’t get fixed during my visit. I figure if I can leave bad reviews when it doesn’t get fixed, I can leave good reviews when it does. The staff here in Flagstaff was courteous even when I expressed frustration. They got the bike activated and online, fantastic. Thank you.

Stayed here one night leaving Phoenix for Grand Canyon. While the rooms and ok were fine the hotel is sitting between a highway and interstate and it was very difficult to sleep with the road and truck noise
