Checked in past 10pm, they have a robot kiosk with someone on it like a FaceTime call to check in. Worst experience of my life. Took me well over 30 minutes to check in. If someone is still awake to be near their laptop, why not just have someone working the front desk? I drove around for a bit trying to find my room as well. The signs are ting itty bitty numbers, so you have to get out of your car, walk nearly 2 inches from the signs on the doors, then jump back into your car to find a space to park. More of an inconvenience than a major problem. PARKING IS HORRIBLE! I swear the hotel has less than half rooms to parking space ratio. Rooms were fairly clean, but the smell of weed is the only thing on my mind. With no one at the front desk who’s to put a stop to noise, smoking, or anything else? All in all, I want my money back. There’s a better Days in 6 minutes down the road, 3601 E Lockett Rd Flagstaff, AZ 86004 United States. The GPS originally took me to this one, I was in high hopes after I left the first one and saw how nice that one is. DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE!

Avoid this place at all cost. Had to stay a week because truck broke down, had to deal with Marijuana smell the whole 7 days, they overcharged on the pet deposit, had no maid service the entire 7 days, there was blood on the wall behind the bathroom door, they charged an extra day after I checked out and i had to call the Wyndham line and dispute the charge on my card because the manager refused to correct the error.
