Knights Inn Globe

Well, it is dirty, not quiet and they don’t even have coffee in the rooms. My bed didn’t even have sheets on it when I got ready to sleep...had to track the owner/manager down to have the bed made. Even for the low price this place is just not worth it. I would look for any other options, there are many in town.

Omg - the room i stayed in was completely infested with bed bugs.... I woke up iching the next morning looked in the mirror and was horrified to find myself covered in bites leaving me completely grossed out and freaked out that i threw all my stuff away departing in only a towel so i wouldnt bring bugs w me and dressed in spare clothes i had in car. Later i called hotel n told them which they then denied and told me i had them when i got there. Beware if u stay there!!!

On first viewing the room it didn't look too bad, except that despite notices saying no smoking the room ponged of stale smoke. Under the pillows on our bed were long black hairs so we concluded that the linen had not been changed. The bathroom furniture has long passed its sell by date and the room decor was as another reviewer stated shabby with a different shade of paint splogged all over the walls. TV reception was non viewable. When I asked about breakfast, (the breakfast room was not showing any of the items in the photograph) the gentleman remarked......."I suppose I could find you something, there is a coffee maker in your room". The coffee pot was fit for the dustbin, very, very dirty and one packet of coffee left. The ironing board cover needs replacing. This motel could be really nice, but there is a lot of work to be done here, money spent and properly staffed would make a huge difference to the business.
