Best Western Grand Canyon Squi

Such a disappointment - rooms very basic - shower did not work and air con did not work we did not complain but at the check out they charges us so many extras Amenity charges for services that dont work - receptionists could bro be more unhelpful and rude - so many hidden costs - who charges 25 $ for wifi and parking !! A total rip off !! …….. I have worked with Delaware North in UK and they are good the the F&B team at this resort were friendly and great - the rest awful - lovely we were only there for the Grand Canyon so it was not so important but if you can avoid - avoid ….

The hotel is located near the entrance to the Grand Canyon South, just a few minutes away; within 100/200 meters there are restaurants, markets, other hotels, and a McDonald's. The hotel is large, our room on the ground floor was very cute, and there was the possibility of parking right in front of our room door. The hotel, like practically all hotels in America, charges a $25 per person resort fee, but unlike the other hotels I stayed at on my road trip, it offers nicer and more innovative services; in addition to the normal indoor and outdoor pool, they give you $5 of credit for the arcade, and outside, right at the entrance to the reception, they give you the chance to roast marshmallows over a fire, truly a gem. The rooms are clean and spacious; the fact that there is a bathtub with a shower curtain, which is now obsolete, should probably be improved.

We had a great experience in this hotel in Tusayan ! Elegant and family friendly ! Fun cartoon showing at the pool in the evening, smores in woodfire, nice pools and arcade ! Bedrooms are confy and elegant and they even thought of hot chocolate available in the bedrooms for kids in the morning ! We highly recommend !
