Avoid hotel. Dirty, Rude staff (Dan), & long-term resident of the property Upon arrival, we found the room in an unsanitary condition, which specifically included hair in the bedding. When I reported our concerns to the front desk agent, Dan, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, while addressing these issues at the front desk, my party and I were verbally accosted by an individual who appeared to be a long-term resident of the property. Due to the lack of cleanliness and the hostile environment, the hotel has refused to issue a refund.
