Quality Inn & Suites

I stayed here for 6 nights because my husband was in the hospital. We did get the hospital rate which was nice but the experience was not. The entire time I stayed there the room was not cleaned or towels replenished. I had one very thin wash cloth 2 towels and one hand towel to get me through 6 days. The fridge had a smell like something died in it and I couldn’t put any leftovers in it for fear they would absorb the smell. The tv wouldn’t connect to the direct tv half the time. The floors were so filthy that when I took a shower black water ran off of them. No coffee was ever brought to the room. I stayed there for convenience I didn’t want to have to run to the front desk every time I needed something that should be in the room. The first morning I tried to eat breakfast at the free breakfast but the eggs were cold and congealed. No juice or coffee. I was already going through an extremely hard time with my husband having open heart surgery and being alone in a strange town and the added problems with my room made this even worse. Over the course of the time I stayed there I also ended up with bites on my neck face and other parts of my body. My friends came to support me and ended up getting a room that was filthy and the mattress was so bad they had to both sleep on the same side of the bed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. I have been reading reviews and this seems to be an ongoing problem with the apology’s passed out and the assurance they will check into it but yet it seems nothing has changed.

The check in process was quick and went well with Angel. Other front desk clerks were courteous and helpful. The only thing was the carpet in front of the vanity was very dirty. I would stay again because the price was fair and the location was perfect! The TV, fridge and A/C was excellent!

The room/livingroom/ bathroom was extremely dirty!! This room is severely neglected in sanitation!!!
