DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a resort by any standard. It should be against the law to rent at all. There was mold and dust everywhere. Urine, hair and rust in and on the tub , sinks and toilet. Rust in the pans. Drawer comp,Emely missing in the kitchen. Bugs on the bed that had no blanket. Decorations from a grad party I the corner of the kitchen. Back door completely gone and front door propped open. No screens on the window that had no blinds. Tile floor cracked. Carpet was stained and frayed from the wall. The pool was closed and hot tub broken. This room was so bad we left the keys on the counter and found another place to stay. RCI did return our money and points to our account but it is still listed as a resort to go to. We have owned and loved our timeshare for over 30 years and this is the only place we have ever complained about.

The exterior of the building and grounds are not being maintained, the parking area if full of beer bottle caIt is full of long term tenants, and their children. I counted 8; broken floor tile in the bathroom. The kitchenette did not have a full set of silverware or dishes only two plates and bowls (mishmatched), one fork, no spoons or knives, etc.
