Extended Stay America Phoenix - Mesa

I implore everyone to stay away from this complete dump of a hotel. They have some riffraff here as clientele from what I saw. The front desk isn't manned very well and in my case they charged me for a service they did not provide. Prepaid the room online with my digital wallet. Then told me I can't use that method or even cash to pay the security deposit unless I pay in cash for a room for 7 days . I did not have the physical card they wanted as I didn't need it at other extended stays. There was absolutely 0 effort to make anything right. My plans were absolutely ruined and I was forced to file a dispute with my bank as well as complain to the BBB. Mid afternoon and all kind of characters roaming the lobby. Even apparently some drunk guys with some liquor bottles. Never use this dump

Josie at the front desk needs to be shot and fired. They are rude. They come in your room without knocking and throw you out forno reason after paying for a week stay when I called to talk to Josie. She said I was rude to her manager, and they kicked my out. I’m calling the police and having her arrested for stealing money.

Staff at front desk is unprofessional and need to be fired! Why would I pay to be treated bad. They all need to be fired and get people who care about their customers. They tryed threatening to kick us out when we did absolutely nothing wrong,Nevet will I recommend them or stay again ,Nasty employees what a embarrassment for company
