We have family living in this area. So we have stayed here many times over a period of many years. They have always given us top-notch service. The employees are all extremely friendly. The room is always clean. my husband and I are seniors with minor disabilities. Despite the fact that we could get our luggage to the room without problem, they always insist on helping us with it. This stay was unfortunately due to the funeral of my husband‘s brother. Our son was going to stay as well. It was his first time we recommended the Americana and told them it was an extremely good hotel. After he checked in, he told us that they loved the Americana too, and that it was even better than what I had described. They also had a charging station or our son‘s car. I can think of no negatives for this about this hotel. They’re the best!

Enjoyed my 3-nighy stay. Hotel Americana is a very nice hotel, very clean, and my room was quite large with nice balcony overlooking the pool (a pleasant and unexpected surprise. VERY friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner while I was here.

Comfortable room and super friendly people at the front desk. The breakfast was great - real scrambled eggs with ham, potatoes, chilaques, oatmeal and more. The sausage was the only thing not so great. Room had a mini split that was great. We were able to get a late checkout which was helpful as we were here for the Nogales bicycle classic. Dinging it a bit because we couldn't get the TV to work. Overall we'd definitely stay here again.
