Super 8 Peoria

When you call about a deposit it says there isn’t one! But when you go there you find out there was one!! The staff is very rude!!! When I mentioned it to them about calling in about it they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about!! Fix your AI you have!!! Stop scamming people!!!

I stayed at this location while in the area on business. Very disappointing. The overall appearance of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are small and outdated. I stayed for two weeks before moving on. My sheets were changed once. Floors never vacuumed, bathroom never cleaned and the list goes on. Had to ask for toilet paper several times. All they ever did is maybe empty the trash and change towels. $5.00 to wash or dry laundry in the lobby area.

Think again before you stay here, the owner likes to throw your belongings away. They knew what room I was in, they had my phone number, they could have called me. The items thrown away was given to me by my deceased brother. I am so angry and he showed no compassion whatsoever
