Best Western Mezona Inn

This Room was so a disgusting and dirty that I had to clean the Room before my children or myself touched anything in the Room. Toilet was dirty. Sink had spit in it. Bath tub would not drain. Fridge and microwave was so dirty and disgusting like nobody had ever cleaned it. The Room was so hot went down to the front desk to complain because I used their own washcloth to clean the Room and they turned a black. The front desk had to give me cleaner and I re cleaned the entire Room.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the area the hotel is in is very sketchy. There was a lot of homeless and I think people were doing drug exchanges there (cars would pull up next to one another for a short bit then drive off). I was afraid someone would break into my car.

This hotel is very run down and the spa area has not worked since June of last year and they have plans on getting it fixed. The front desk was the best part of the hotel. Ashley is outstanding in her service
