Best Western Superstition Springs Inn & Suites

I was pleased to find this Best Western Inn near Banner Baywood Heart Hospital when a family member was a patient there. The Inn is large with a second story and outside entrances. There is no elevator. It is located 1.5 miles from the hospital, well-lighted at night, with wheelchair parking, and just across the street from a large shopping mall. There are restaurants nearby also. The staff was friendly and accommodating when a problem arose after I tried to add a night to my stay. This was resolved to my satisfaction. There is a free breakfast for all guests, a guest laundry, suite rooms, a pool, and other amenities to make one's stay comfortable. Children are welcome. This Inn also offers a discounted rate to guests who are there because of family members who are patients at the hospital. I really did appreciate this, as there were long days, early mornings, and late nights. I felt safe alone there at night too. I recommend this property.

Had a great experience managed to get a disabled room last minute. Brilliant big room. Would've been better if it was a walk in shower but no issues showering unfortunately due to using the seat I accidentally soaked the floor had to use the leftover towels to dry floor up for safety. Pillows were comfortable and we were able to get more from the front desk easily. Staff were very friendly. Got our deposit back within 10 mins of check out. Handy for local restaurants. Would happily go back again. Only negative was the AC was very loud.

During breakfast I had overheard a conversation with two front desk employees where the lady yelled at the young man also at the front counter, the lady at the front desk was very loud that I could hear her all the way in the dining area. Her demeanor and tone with her fellow coworker was very unprofessional, he tried to deescalate the situation but she took no prisoners and persisted.I had my toddler with me who was frightened. This experience made me think about not coming back to this establishment.
