Comfort Inn I10 West At 51st Ave

This might be the worst place I've ever stayed. Indeed, we booked it for 2 nights but.laft after just 1. The outside looked fine. Inside, the lobby furniture was dirty and well worn past it's time. The carpetnij the halls and room was not.onl6 dirty, but was stained all trough the.places I saw. It was very late when we arrived, but we checked right in only to walk about as far as we could with luggage to find the room keys wouldnt work. I saw the.neigjborhood was shady, but I realized how bad it was when we returned and a homeless guy was knocking on the back door waiting for someone to let him in. We didn't. There were 2 other guys in front of the.lobby taking apart a bicycle for some reason, at 2 AM. As we were waiting for the guy to get our keys, the guy that was knocking.on the back.door walked right in the front door and marcjed his grubby self down to the exercise room. I asse he.spent the night there. I don't know. The room was dirty, although the.nathroom wasn't terrible except the.toilet seat was about to fall off. The smoke detector was gone for some.unknown reason. Honestly, if it hadn't been 2AM I would have walked out. We left as soon as we could get ready and leave the.next.morning with verylittle rest. I wouldn't recommend this place for any reason. A person would be.better off sleeping in their car.

The beds were clean but the carpets were beyond filthy/stained (see photos). Not the maids fault - the place needs to be gutted and remodeled. We’ve been driving cross-crossing the country staying at Comfort Inns. The others were all great, especially Flagstaff, Arizona.

Not bad little place to stay while we were in town for the NASCAR race. The front desk was very accommodating with giving us early check-in so that we could freshen up before heading to the track. Friendly staff, decent continental breakfast included. We will be staying there again when we are back in town for the race in November.
